TERMS AND CONDITIONS (DAY TRIPS)
These terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Wine Scene Investigations d.o.o. Your booking, once accepted and confirmed, in writing (via email or SMS/text) represents a contract between all persons named at the time of booking.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are valid as published on our website. When payment is made (deposit or final balance) you will receive confirmation of the payment and any balance owing. A deposit of €25 per person must be paid on booking with the outstanding balance being paid at the start of the tour.
You or any member of your party may cancel your booking once it has been confirmed. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a loss of deposit per person.
We reserve the right in any circumstances (including failure to reach sufficient numbers) to cancel your booking. In this event we will return to you all money you have paid to us.
PICK-UP POINTS AND TIMES
You will be notified of your pick-up point and time of collection. Please note that collection timings are subject to change should unforeseen circumstances occur. Please be on time as we cannot be responsible or liable for any loss or expense suffered as a result of lateness.
As we will be crossing borders you must ensure that all members of you party have valid passports or relevant documentation to allow you to travel to other countries.
INSURANCE AND FITNESS TO TRAVEL
Personal insurance is not included.
We need to know at the time of booking if there are any special needs or requirements. It is particularly important that we are advised of any disabilities and also if you intend to bring any specialist equipment such as a wheelchair with you. It you have suffered from a serious medical condition recently, then you should consult with your Doctor about your fitness to travel.
We may, at our discretion, require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers or our hosts. We shall have no further liability for the carriage of such passengers. Passengers are advised that a maximum period of 10 minutes will be allowed for late running passengers before the tour moves on.
ACCIDENT OR LOSS
We accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our negligence, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum of the tour cost.
